There will be a 10% Buyer's fee with a $1,500 Cap on Any One Item! All Equipment Purchased Through Equipmentfacts Will have an Additional 2% Internet Purchase Fee on Total Bid!!! Equipment is sold as is where is without warranty. There will be a $45 title fee on all vehicles 1986 and Newer and all Trailers that have Titles. All sales are final. Payment in full for purchase is required on auction day in form of cash, cashier's check or good personal or company check accompanied by bank letter of credit. Other Payment Methods include Cash, Check, or Credit Cards (with 3% Fee Added to Credit Card Total). Georgia sales tax will be added to your purchase price unless you have a resale sales tax certificate number.
