All Non-Internet Vehicles Can Still be Accepted until 12pm on Tuesday on the Sale!

Terms and Conditions: All Public Sellers must have a valid Drivers License and Title in Hand in Order to Sell the Vehicle! All Dealers Must Have a Copy of their Dealer License!
There will be a $25 Seller Gate Fee Per Vehicle.
Public Buyer & Seller Fees are as follows:
$0 - $999 = $85.00
$1,000 - $2,999 = $150
$3,000 - $5,999 = $200.00
$6,000 & Up = $350.00
$55 Title Fee for All Public Buyers Per Vehicle!
There will be a $200 Deposit Registration fee for all public individuals. Money will be held until check out and applied to the invoice or refunded upon return of bidder number.
All Vehicles are sold as is where is without warranty. Payment in full for purchase is required on auction day in form of cash, cashier's check or Visa, Mastercard, or Discover (with 3% Fee Added to Credit Card Total). Company checks and public checks are subject to approval. Individual Checks may be required for the vehicle to stay for 24 hrs until check is approved. Georgia 7% sales tax will be added to your purchase price unless you have a resale sales tax certificate number or a used motor vehicle dealer license. Lane Brothers is not responsible for damage to any vehicle or lost property while on our property. All Purchased Vehicles will be required to have a temporary drive out tag and the title will be processed within 30 days of purchase. All Title Delays and Salvage Titles will be Annonced at the Sale Site. Any Title Delays will be Announced at the sale. If you are purchasing a vehicle through our online site via equipmentfacts.com there will also be an additional 3% Internet Surcharge added to the total invoice. All check purchases will be required approval or a 24 hr waiting period before vehicle can be moved upon verification of funds.
