In this situation, Lane Brothers would supply the manpower necessary to have the auction and you, the customer, will supply the equipment, the site, and the additional equipment necessary to make the auction a success. Lane Brothers Auctions personnel will then conduct the auction, provide the accounting for all transactions, and present you with a bill for the total commissions based on the sales.

Lane Brothers assumes no liability for errors or omissions in these listings. Items sold AS is, Where Is, without any warranties, whether expressed, implied or statutory. Expressly excluded are warranties of merchantability, fitness for use and purpose and description. Hour meter readings or mileages are unverified information and accuracy is not guaranteed in any way. All information is gathered from sources or owner and believed to be reliable and conscientiously set forth by the owner. Items are available inspection, and any bidder is solely responsible for personally inspecting the item and verifying any information presented. If Bidder does not inspect then bidder waives any right to inspection, approval or acceptance of items, and fully agrees that any items bought are bought sight unseen with no right to inspection or approval after purchase.

Under no circumstances will Lane Brothers be held responsible for Internet service problems during the auction or at the end of the auction. Internet bidders who desire to make more certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction beings. Lane Brothers Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog any item in this auction.

Interested Bidders should contact our webpage or contact www.auctiontime.com in order to get registered. Auctioneer reserves the right to set credit limits, require a deposit, or to deny bidding privileges to any bidder for any reason.

Payment accepted by wire transfer, money order, or business check accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee. No credit cards will be accepted. Once we have received payment in full we will contact buyer and let you know that item may be picked up. Titles for titled vehicles will be mailed by certified mail as soon as payment clears our bank.

Applicable State Sales Taxes will be charged for all Georgia residents on all taxable items unless a valid sales tax certificate is received in our office.

Bidders are not the confirmed buyer of an item until you are notified by Lane Brothers Auctions and such bid is confirmed and invoiced as such, regardless of what the website indicates. The highest bidder recognized by Auctioneer will be the Buyer for a lot, subject to the satisfaction of any reserve amount for that lot or seller’s confirmation. No Buyer shall retract any bid!!

Registering to bid, or attending the auction, indicates full understanding and acceptance of these terms, along with the agreement to be so bound. These terms supersede all previous announcements, advertisements and published information, except for any announcements made sale day by the auctioneer, which will take precedence.
