There will be a 10% Buyer's Fee, with a $1,500 Cap on any ONE Item. There will also be a 10% Seller's Fee, with a $10 Minimum and a $200 Cap on any ONE Item. There will be a $10 No Sale Tag Fee on Each Tagged Item. There will be a $55 Title Processing Fee on All Vehicles 1986 or Newer, and there will be a 7% TAVT Fee, Unless you Are a Licensed Car Dealer. Equipment is Sold Without Warranty! All Sales are Final! Payment in Full for purchase is required on auction day in the form of cash, cashier's check or good personal or company check accompanied by bank letter of credit. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are Accepted with a 3% Processing Fee Added. Georgia Sales Tax Will be added to your purchase unless you have a valid resale tax certificate number or your 2017 GATE card.
